In the top right hand corner of the LCD display is the version number of the machine. The first number represents the LCD version, and the second number represents the mainboard version. For example in the below image version 15.1181 shows.
15 - LCD version
1181 - Mainboard version
If for the screen shows version '0' at any point, please follow the steps below to resolve. This problem can be caused by a software bug or electrical glitch.
1. Turn the system off and on again
Turn the system off and allow a few minutes for the electrical boards power to completely dissipate. Then turn the system back to see if the problem has been resolved.
If this does not work first time, please try again.
2. Firmware update
The firmware may need to be re-flashed to the board and/or updated. Please contact your dealers for advice (some models can be updated via USB-C but some will require an engineer visit).
3. Mainboard malfunction
In rare instances it may be that the main board is showing some type of malfunction and will therefore need replacing. Please contact your dealer for further advice.
